Each day begins with meditation and hands-on sessions. DJs develop performance and practice skills, while industry participants explore entrepreneurship, contracts, copyright and live event management. Participants also take part in shared sessions and networking lunches, providing opportunities for collaboration, learning and inspiration.

With over 25 years of experience in the music industry, he has been a pioneer in driving innovation and creative education across Africa.
Siphe Tebeka is a Cape Town-based music educator, producer, and performer dedicated to nurturing emerging electronic artists. His signature Afro Deep and Minimal House sound has featured at TomorrowLand, Awakenings and Sonar.
Kevin Ribbans has been in the music industry long enough for him to start receiving the nickname “Uncle” from it. With over 25 years experience in both DJ’ing & Music Production, Kevin has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to both the technical side of DJing, and the theoretical, or human aspect to making people move on the dancefloor.
Andile is the Head of TuneCore and Label and Artist Solutions for Believe in Sub-Saharan Africa, where he is responsible for leading strategic growth across the region. He brings over a decade of experience in the music and branding industries, including a previous role as International Label Manager at Sony Music, working with top African artists such as Davido, Goldfish, and GoodLuck. Andile also oversaw the digital growth of the Markham brand as their Digital Brand Manager.
